What if your sexual energy could nourish you instead of deplete you?

In this workshop, we’ll explore how to work with arousal and life force energy in a way that supports vitality, connection, and deeper presence in your body. Inspired by Taoist practices, you’ll learn simple ways to awaken and circulate sexual energy through the body rather than immediately releasing it.

We’ll also be introducing the Jade Yoni Egg — a small crystal egg used as a mindfulness and pelvic floor tool to help women build deeper connection with their bodies from the inside out. Through gentle guided practices, you’ll learn how it can help increase awareness, sensitivity, circulation, pelvic floor strength, and a greater sense of embodiment and feminine connection.

This is not about performance or “doing it right.” It’s about slowing down, listening to your body, and learning how to cultivate your energy in a way that feels nourishing, empowering, and alive.

Everything taught in this space is invitational, gentle, and fully clothed. We’ll be working with the energy and awareness of these practices rather than physical insertion during the workshop itself. ✨
